  • End of lease

    • Kitchen: All appliances will be deep cleaned inside and out. Deep clean of all surfaces including tiles.
    • Bathrooms: All surfaces deep cleaned, Toilets, hand basins, baths and showers scrubbed and sanitised, mirrors and steel surfaces polished.
    • Living area: Deep cleaning cupboards, built-ins. Internal windows polished. All fixtures sills, ledges, skirtings wiped and sanitised.
    • Bedrooms: Deep clean all cupboards and wardrobes. All fixtures sills, ledges, skirtings wiped and sanitised, mirrors and internal windows polished.
    • Entrance and Hallways: Deep clean all cupboards and wardrobes. . All fixtures sills, ledges, skirtings wiped and sanitised, mirrors and internal windows polished.
    • Laundry: Deep clean all cupboards and wardrobes. All fixtures sills, ledges, skirtings wiped and sanitised, mirrors and internal windows polished. Dryer filter cleaned.
    • Walls: Dusted and spot cleaned.
    • Carpet floors: Vacuumed. Spot cleaned.
    • Hard floor surfaces: Vacuumed and wet mopped and sanitised.
    • Balconies: Floor vacuumed and wet mopped and sanitised. Door polished, tracks cleaned, walls dusted and spot cleaned.
    • Light Fixtures: Covers cleaned.
    • Blinds: Dusted and wiped.
    • Air Conditioner: External surface cleaned.
    • Car Garage/ parking area: Swept, dust and cobwebs removed, washed.

  • Residential

    • Kitchen: External surfaces of stove and range hood. Benchtops, splashback, all surfaces, doors, sills, light switches, external refrigerator wiped and finger marks removed. Floors vacuumed and mopped. Waste bin cleaned. Internal oven clean extra charge.
    • Bathrooms: Floors vacuumed and mopped, tiles cleaned and polished. Toilets, hand basins, baths and showers scrubbed and sanitised, mirrors and steel surfaces polished.
    • Living area: All furniture and picture frames dusted. Mirrors and surfaces cleaned and finger marks removed. Glass doors and windows spot cleaned, skirting and sills wiped. Floors vacuumed and mopped.
    • Bedrooms: All furniture and picture frames dusted. Mirrors and surfaces cleaned and finger marks removed. Glass doors and windows spot cleaned, skirting and sills wiped. Floors vacuumed and mopped.
    • Entrance and Hallways: All furniture and picture frames dusted. Mirrors and surfaces cleaned and finger marks removed. Glass doors and windows spot cleaned, skirting and sills wiped. Floors vacuumed and mopped.
    • Laundry: Exterior washing machine and dryer wiped. Tub cleaned, window and sills wiped. Floor vacuumed and mopped.
    • Walls: Dusted and spot cleaned.
    • Carpet floors: Vacuumed. Spot cleaned.
    • Hard floor surfaces: Vacuumed and wet mopped and sanitised.
    • Balconies: Floor vacuumed and wet mopped and sanitised.
    • Light Fixtures: Not included
    • Blinds: Dusted and wiped
    • Air Conditioner: External surface cleaned.
    • Car Garage/ parking area: Not included.

  • Deep clean

    • Laundry: Deep clean all cupboards and wardrobes. All fixtures sills, ledges, skirtings wiped and sanitised, mirrors and internal windows polished. Dryer filter cleaned.
    • Walls: Wash walls if required.
    • Carpet floors: Vacuumed. Deep clean requires a separate professional service.
    • Hard floor surfaces: Vacuumed and washed.
    • Balconies: Floor vacuumed and wet mopped and sanitised. Door polished, tracks cleaned, walls dusted and spot cleaned.
    • Light Fixtures: Downlight and simple light covers dusted and cleaned. Delicate lights and chandeliers by agreement.
    • Blinds: By arrangement following inspection.
    • Air Conditioner: External surface cleaned.
    • Car Garage/ parking area: Swept, dust and cobwebs removed, washed.

  • Post-construction

    • Kitchen: Ceiling, skirtings, doors and walls will be dusted and wiped clean. All paint and plaster residue will be removed. Floors will be vacuumed and mopped, sinks and basins washed, door knobs and switches cleaned, benchtop dusted and polished, built in cupboards cleaned internally and externally, windows and window tracks cleaned, all glass washed and wiped clean. Light switches and light fittings dusted.
    • Bathrooms: Ceiling, skirtings, doors and walls will be dusted and wiped clean. All paint, tile grout and plaster residue will be removed. Floors will be vacuumed and mopped, toilet, sinks, bath tub  and basins washed, door knobs and switches cleaned, cupboards cleaned internally and externally, windows and window tracks cleaned, all glass washed and wiped clean. Light switches and light fittings dusted.
    • Living area: Ceiling, skirtings, doors and walls will be dusted and wiped clean. All paint and plaster residue will be removed. Floors will be vacuumed and mopped. , built in cupboards cleaned internally and externally, windows and window tracks cleaned, all glass washed and wiped clean. Light switches and light fittings dusted.
