End-of-lease clean

When property managers, owners and tenants are faced with a clean-out at the end of a lease, it can cause lots of anxiety.

J.B Prestige Cleaning can take that anxiety and leave your premises in prestige condition. Be assured, we will guarantee your bond back within 48 hours from when we finish.

Our costs are fixed with no hidden charges. If there is an area you wish us to give special attention that will be addressed in our cost.

We provide quotations once the property is inspected. Should you wish a quotation without inspection a surcharge of $200 will apply.

Once a quotation is accepted, a 50% deposit is required. Should the date be cancelled by the client within 24 hours of the agreed date, the deposit will be forfeited.

External window cleaning, when included, is restricted to a height of 1.8 metres from ground level and easy to access.

Residential cleaning

We are available to do ad-hoc or regular residential cleaning of your home.

Our costs are fixed with no hidden charges. If there is an area you wish us to give special attention to, please discuss this with us so we can address it in our cost.

Excluded from our normal costs are garage cleaning, windows and window tracks, blinds, light fittings oven interior and excess mould. Should the client wish attention to these items, separate arrangements are available.

Post-construction cleaning

We specialise in post-construction cleaning to make sure a property is ready for the new residents to move in.

We require an on-site inspection prior to quoting for any construction clean. We will provide you with a fixed quotation.

Our policy of requiring a 50% deposit on acceptance of our quotation applies, with 3 days’ notice required if the cleaning date is cancelled.

Deep clean

A deep clean (or a “Spring” clean) is a one-off clean that includes those items of a residential clean but includes windows, window tracks, spot cleaning of walls, deep clean of kitchen and bathrooms.
